溫泉特色小鎮(zhèn)以獻(xiàn)王湖與溫泉地?zé)?a href='/ziyuan/' target=_blank>資源為依托，以休閑旅游與文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)為重點(diǎn)，以產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)提升價(jià)值為目標(biāo)，是一個(gè)集水上娛樂(lè)、文化創(chuàng)意、休閑旅游、溫泉療養(yǎng)、養(yǎng)老度假為一體的城市綜合功能小鎮(zhèn)。

建設(shè)內(nèi)容

1、子牙花海：主要包括百畝畫廊、十里長(zhǎng)堤、氣偶劇場(chǎng)、水上樂(lè)園、湖濱景觀區(qū)、溫泉度假村。

2、獻(xiàn)王湖溫泉度假小鎮(zhèn)：分為樂(lè)成漢府、溫泉度假、別墅區(qū)、溫泉私墅、水上樂(lè)園、湖濱景觀區(qū)、畫家村、創(chuàng)客城幾個(gè)區(qū)域。

3、滏陽(yáng)水韻：旅游休閑區(qū)、科普文化區(qū)、鄉(xiāng)土風(fēng)情體驗(yàn)區(qū)三個(gè)區(qū)，迎賓廣場(chǎng)、游客服務(wù)中心、商務(wù)酒店、林地民宿景觀、藝術(shù)館、文化長(zhǎng)廊、鄉(xiāng)村作坊、篝火廣場(chǎng)、 捉魚樂(lè)等景點(diǎn)。

4、四季花鐘：四季花鐘分三部分，以春賞花、夏賞葉、秋品果為主題分別種植各種植被，設(shè)觀景亭、停車場(chǎng)等。

5、小屯民俗體驗(yàn)村：利用北方民居的建筑符號(hào)，以展示農(nóng)村風(fēng)貌為特色，創(chuàng)建一批民國(guó)期村落的農(nóng)家景觀。

投資亮點(diǎn)

獻(xiàn)縣地處河北省中南部，客源市場(chǎng)廣闊，京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展、雄安新區(qū)的建設(shè)亦為獻(xiàn)縣旅游業(yè)發(fā)展帶來(lái)契機(jī)，因此溫泉特色小鎮(zhèn)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)既有廣闊的發(fā)展前景，又能充分發(fā)揮獻(xiàn)縣旅游資源優(yōu)勢(shì)。

項(xiàng)目總投資為21億元，擬引進(jìn)資金21億元。

項(xiàng)目建成后，年可接待游客43萬(wàn)人次。收入主要為景點(diǎn)門票收入，采摘收入、垂釣收入、萬(wàn)畝花田出售收入等，年經(jīng)營(yíng)收入為1.23億元。

Project Profile

Based on Xianwang Lake and hot spring geothermal resources, focusing on leisure tourism and cultural and creative industries, with the purpose of promoting the value of industrial parks, the hot spring characteristic town is a multi?functional town with a collection of water entertainment, cultural creativity, leisure tourism, spa treatment, and retirement vacation.

Construction Content

1.Ziya Flower Sea: It mainly includes a Baimu Gallery, a Shili embankment, a Air-filled Figure Theater, a Water Park, Lakeside Scenic Areas and a Hot Spring Resort.

2.Xianwang Lake Hot Spring Resort Town: It is composed of Lecheng Hanfu, hot spring resort, villa area, hot spring private villa, water park, lakeside landscape area, painter village and creative city.

3.Fuyang water resort: It consists of tourism and recreation area, science and culture area, local customs experience area, and includes Yingbin Square, tourist service center, business hotel, woodland home stay facilities, art gallery, cultural corridor, village workshop, campfire square, fish catching and other attractions.

4.Four Seasons Flower Clock: It will include various vegetations, sightseeing pavilions and parking lots, in accordance with the theme of spring flowers, summer leaves and autumn fruits.

5.Xiaotun Folk Experience Village: In order to present country features, it will, by using the architectural symbols of northern dwellings, creat rural landscapes with the characteristics of those in the period of the Republic of China.

Investment Highlights

Xian County is located in the south- central part of Hebei Province, with a large consumer market. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the construction of Xiong'an New District also bring opportunities for the development of tourism in Xian County. Therefore, the construction of hot spring town project ont only has great prospects, but also can give full play to the advantages of tourism resources in Xian County.

Investment Estimation

The total investment of the project is estimated at 2.1 billion yuan, and it plans to introduce 2.1 billion yuan.

Benefit Analysis

After the completion of the project, the annual visitor reception capacity is expected to reach 430,000. The main sources of income include scenic spot ticket income, fruit picking income, fishing income, and sales income of 10,000 mu of flower fields. The annual operating income will reach 123 million yuan.
