趙君影（1906年-1996年），出生于南京（有說是湖北省的漢川縣），六歲喪母，父親則是一個不思長進(jìn)的吸毒者，他自小便過著寄人籬下的生活，而且非常地吃苦與貧窮。
父親將他送入教會學(xué)校就讀，十年來只見過父親三、四次。他在教會學(xué)校奠定了良好基礎(chǔ)，因而日后有勇氣反對罪惡。
他的屬靈父母是賈雅各布牧師師母，賈雅各布是基督書院創(chuàng)辦人賈嘉美牧師（James Robert Graham III）的父親。神在趙君影的一生中有著不少的雕琢與磨練，以至預(yù)備他將來帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生歸主運動。
1956年遷居美國后，趙君影成立基督教中華歸主協(xié)會（洛杉磯、柏克萊、圣荷西、海沃德、芝加哥、紐約均有教會），并多次到臺灣舉辦“日月潭大專英語夏令營”﹔也曾以“知識的開端”為題，制作廣播節(jié)目六年。1985年，趙君影在晚年創(chuàng)辦中華歸主神學(xué)院（洛杉磯），最后以90歲高齡逝世。
