我只是一個實習的老師 今年畢業(yè) 我覺得故事教學最好用上 flash 若沒有 也不要嫌麻煩 認真準備 道具什么的都要齊全 小孩子喜歡故事 而我們教英語時千萬不要把讓孩子接受你所教知識作為第一要務(wù) 就象小孩喜歡睡前聽故事一樣 讓他們當學故事來學 而不是知識 這樣才能激發(fā)他們的興趣 ！此外中國的小孩普遍不太喜歡主動發(fā)言 表現(xiàn)自己，作為老師也不要太重視紀律，這只能壓抑學習的動力，讓課堂活起來才是正道！！這只是我的想法。我雖然還沒當上老師，但是師范類的學生，而且當過兼職老師，實習很多次，也梃喜歡教小孩子的。加油啊
